Who Am I?

I honestly do not know how to describe who I am, instead I can tell you what I am about and what I enjoy. I enjoy life and the treasure it gives us. I know sounds corny and to a certain degree I happen to agree with you. I think we are corny, we look for simple solutions and answers in this world and the reality is that life is not simple, but how we treat the journey is important and what we do with the journey is even better.

I am not going to reinvent the wheel, it is pretty good already. I am going to do my best to spend my time on this planet making it better and being an example to others of how wonderful life can be.

About me

I was born in a log cabin in Illinois... oh wait wrong story.

I work in the education field and thought about my stress and how to relieve some of it and make life better. I create my own self-care system that is nothing new just a modification on meditation and self-reflection. 

Riding and working on bikes is my Zen outside of my regular job in the education field.
